Cancellation and No Show Policy
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment, please provide more than a 24-hour notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that slot. Cancellations given less than 24 hours in advance do not provide enough time to fill that appointment time with patients who are on the waiting list.
Patients who do not show for their appointment and did not call to cancel are considered a No Show. These No-Show appointments will be subject to a $50.00 charge. These fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid before scheduling the next appointment.
We understand that special, unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours, and fees in this instance may be waived via management approval.
